Our Programme

The Classroom Readiness Programme is a 22-week, classroom-based programme that prepares children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) for the real behavioural and functional demands of autism-specific MOE schools that follow the mainstream national curriculum, such as Pathlight School, St. Andrew’s Mission School (SAMS), and ACS Academy.

We observe your child in a real classroom setting to ensure the right class fit. This phase cannot be skipped.
Classroom Readiness Training

Children follow a structured curriculum with progressively higher independence and school-like expectations.

All levels follow the same curriculum — the difference is the amount of scaffolding and independence expected. Children may move levels if progress is sustained and class balance allows.

MEET THE TEACHERS

mS. aMS. A

SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER

Ms. A is a Special Education Teacher with 10 years of experience supporting children with autism. She specialises in classroom management, differentiated instruction, and evidence-based strategies to build communication, social-emotional skills, independence, and self-regulation.

She works closely with families and allied professionals to develop and deliver IEPs and behaviour supports. She has taught in autism-focused settings and currently serves as a Special Education Needs Officer in a local MOE primary school.

MS. B

SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER

Ms. B is an experienced Special Needs Teacher and Level Coordinator who supports children on the autism spectrum in building essential school readiness skills. She leads the full cycle of support, from profiling and needs analysis to intervention planning, data tracking, and refining goals, while working closely with parents, teachers, and allied professionals.

She also integrates ICT strategies to make lessons more efficient and engaging.

Ms. C is a compassionate and skilled Teacher Aide with years of experience supporting children with diverse needs through structured routines, patient guidance, and personalised attention. She provides one to one and small group support in literacy, numeracy, and classroom participation, using step by step scaffolding, visual supports, and consistent routines to help children engage and succeed.

She supports learning by breaking down tasks, modelling expected behaviours, and creating safe, supportive environments. She is also actively involved in the special needs community through volunteer work, including befriending children with autism, supporting inclusive arts programmes, and providing respite support for families.

TEACHER AIDE

Ms. D is a warm and dedicated Teacher Aide who supports neurodiverse children in building confidence, independence, and classroom readiness. She brings over 10 years of experience in ICT training and 2 years supporting students with special educational needs, combining creativity, patience, and structured guidance in her work with young learners.

She supports lesson delivery, assists with behaviour plans, prepares developmentally appropriate materials, and provides one-to-one or small group support tailored to each child. She is also skilled in observation and data collection to track progress and implement strategies effectively, working closely with teachers and allied professionals to ensure consistent support.
